zero to kajabi hero Oct 18, 2023

As a Kajabi Hero and fan, I am excited to share with you everything you need to know about the new Kajabi communities and how to foster engagement for maximum success with your online students. Before we dive into the training, I want to offer you an extended 30-day trial of Kajabi, which is over double the 14-day trial available to the public. By creating your account through my affiliate link, you will also receive a free course, Kajabi Unboxed, to help you get started. If you become a paying member of Kajabi after the trial period, I will grant you another course, my sales page templates.

In this article, I will walk you through setting up your own community within your Kajabi account. A community is allocated to each website, and within that community, you can have a number of access groups depending on how many products you have in your account. An access group is simply the product within a community. I will guide you through creating and editing access groups, adding thumbnails, and utilizing community features such as invitation links, circles, challenges, and meetups.

Kajabi Hero Definition

As a Kajabi Hero, I have made at least a thousand dollars on the Kajabi platform. This is the definition of a hero in the Kajabi community. To help others become Kajabi Heroes, I have created the program "Zero to Kajabi Hero." In this program, I walk and talk you through everything you need to know to get from where you are today to becoming a Kajabi Hero and beyond.

To start your journey towards becoming a Kajabi Hero, I am offering an extended 30-day trial of Kajabi. This trial is over double the 14-day trial that is available to the public. To access this trial, simply head over to timpeekman.com/kajabi and create your account today. Once you have created your account, I will automate a free course called "Kajabi Unboxed." This course will guide you through the necessary steps to take once you unbox your Kajabi account.

To become a paying member of Kajabi, stick around at the end of the 30-day trial. If you know and love Kajabi like I do, I will grant you another course. This course is my sales page templates that you can download in a theme and upload into your Kajabi account. Please note that this is an affiliate link, and part of your payment will come back to me in support of this channel at no extra cost to you.

As a Kajabi Hero, I have set up my own community within my account. To set up your own community, go to the "Products" tab and click "All Products." Then, click "New Product" and select "Community" to get started. Each website is allocated one community, and within that community, you can have a number of access groups depending on how many products you have in your account.

An access group is just the product within a community. For example, I have set up "Tim's Group" as the access group for my community. You can edit the access group name if needed, and you can add offers to the access group at any time.

To edit your community, go to the "Community" tab and click on your access group. From there, you can edit the community's image, invite links, members, leaderboards, and circles. Circles are like little chat groups that you can set up to speak to different groups of people or hold different conversations for the same group of people.

Within your community, you can also set up feeds, challenges, meetups, announcements, and a navigation menu. Feeds are like Facebook groups where people can start a thread. Challenges can help elicit engagement, and meetups can be virtual or in-person events. Announcements are a great way to contact all of your members, and the navigation menu is essential for building out a landing page.

Becoming a Kajabi Hero takes time and effort, but with my program and the tools provided by Kajabi, you can achieve success for your online students and become a valuable member of the Kajabi community.

To get started, go to the "Products" tab and click "All Products." Then, click "New Product" and select "Community" to create a new community. Keep in mind that each website is allocated one community, and within that community, you can have a number of access groups depending on how many products you have in your account.

An access group is simply a product within a community, and you can name it whatever you like. If you have only a few products in your account, be careful not to set up too many access groups, as you will have limited products left to add as either a course or a coaching package.

Once you have created your community, you can edit the access group name, add offers, and customize the settings, including adding a thumbnail to the community.

To further customize your community, you can add an image for the picture, invite links, and circles, which are little chat groups that you can set up to speak to different groups of people or have different conversations for the same group of people.

Under the "Feed" section, anyone can post something, similar to a Facebook group. You can also create challenges to elicit engagement and foster an environment of engagement.

In the "Meetups" section, you can create a new meetup, which can be a virtual event or an in-person event. You can put the location as a URL of a live video room or have a physical address.

To contact all members, use the announcement feature in the product that they own, rather than an email broadcast, which they may have opted out of.

Finally, the navigation menu is one of the most important features of your Kajabi account. You can build out a landing page with a welcome video, rules, and regulations for your community, and make it the primary page when people land inside your community.

By following these steps, you can set up a new Kajabi community and foster engagement to ensure maximum success for your online students.
