A Bit About Me...

Hey there, thanks for stopping by.

I'm Tim Peakman, I help one-person business owners package what they know into online programs so that they can live life on their terms. Originally from the UK, but currently travelling the world and working from my laptop.

I haven't always been working in the online world. With over 20 years of coaching and training experience in one form or another, I guess that I just enjoy helping people and seeing them improve.

And that's all I focus on today - helping entrepreneurs build the best business model for their lifestyle so their business works for them, not the other way around, providing them with true freedom.

I define true freedom as having location freedom, time freedom and financial freedom. You may already have some of these components, but it's not until you have all three that you have true freedom in your life. This is my 'why' and my 'focus' both for myself and for those I help.

Where It All Started

Sport has always been my first love, which led me to study and play every sport I could make time for. After graduating from University with a BSc in Sport and Education, I joined the Royal Air Force as a Physical Training Instructor.

Halfway through my career, I was commissioned as a Training Officer, running gyms, overseeing training programs and eventually selecting, recruiting and training future Physical Training Instructors. I always enjoy giving back and helping others fulfil their potential.

During my 16 years of service, I have been on multiple operational tours in various roles, led international programs and participated in sports and adventurous training all over the globe. If I was not training or coaching others, I was progressing myself by developing competencies and gaining qualifications.

My Online Journey

After my career in the British Military, I was looking for a change. I heard of some people making a living selling physical products on Amazon - so I thought I'd give it a try. I like a good challenge.

It was a business model with a huge opportunity and I made some great revenue. However, it quickly became apparent that you needed to advertise your product to get exposure on the platform. So I became obsessed with Amazon Advertising.

What started as helping friends with their ads quickly became a business model in itself. Along with two other amazing sellers, we founded an advertising agency to help Amazon sellers promote their products.

The Laptop Lifestyle

After building two online businesses, I kept getting people asking how I did it so quickly. It seemed this came easier to me than most. So now I help other business owners do the same, predominantly in the knowledge commerce space.

Having been exposed to everything from physical products to agency services and online courses, for me the holy grail is digital products. It's the simplest and most efficient business model I've ever seen. It has low start-up costs, high profit margins, unlimited products, and can all be run by a single person or a very small team.

This is why my focus is now on micro-businesses and leveraging the power of the internet to create a more hands-off business model. One that can provide true freedom if set up correctly.
